Chairman/CEO, The Parnell-Martin Companies, LLC, Charlotte, NC
Steady attended the University of North Carolina, and is Chairman/CEO of The Parnell-Martin Companies, LLC, a plumbing distributor headquartered in Charlotte, NC. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Young Life since 1989 (with a mandatory year off) and is a cofounder of the Charlotte Leadership Forum. Mr. Cash is married to Barbara, and they have three children. They are members of Carmel Presbyterian Church. Steady has served on Crown’s Board of Directors since November 2001.
